At KILWIN Built Different, we are committed to providing high-quality streetwear and a reliable shopping experience. We want our customers to shop with confidence and understand our return, refund, and exchange procedures before placing an order.
Many of our products are made to order, meaning each garment is produced specifically after an order is placed.
Most KILWIN Built Different clothing is produced individually after an order is placed.
Because of this production process, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for made-to-order products due to:
A change of mind or personal preference.
An incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
An item that was correctly produced but is no longer wanted.
Minor differences in color appearance caused by individual screen settings.
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections before completing your purchase.
Exceptions: This restriction does not apply to defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, incorrectly supplied, or undelivered merchandise, or where applicable law provides additional rights.
Products specifically identified as eligible for standard returns may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
In its original condition.
Free from stains, odors, alterations, or customer-caused damage.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returned with original tags, where applicable.
Customers must contact us for return authorization before sending merchandise back.
For voluntary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.
We do not charge restocking fees.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you purchased, please contact our customer support team promptly.

We recommend contacting us within 7 days after delivery to help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Please provide:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
If the issue was caused by KILWIN Built Different or our fulfillment partner, customers will not be charged additional shipping fees to correct the problem.
Requests received after seven days will still be evaluated. The recommended reporting period does not limit rights available under applicable law.
Because most of our clothing is made to order, voluntary size and color exchanges are generally unavailable for those products.
For eligible non-made-to-order merchandise, exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to availability and the conditions stated in this policy.
If we send the wrong size, color, design, or product, we will work to correct the mistake without additional charges.
Our products may enter production shortly after an order is placed.

We will attempt to accommodate your request if production has not begun.
Once an order enters production, voluntary cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
A cancellation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from KILWIN Built Different.
This restriction does not affect cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law, including those relating to shipping delays.
All returns must receive authorization before merchandise is shipped.
Do not return merchandise to the address shown on the original shipping label without receiving instructions from our customer support team.
For approved voluntary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
If a return is required because of a verified manufacturing defect, incorrect merchandise, or an error attributable to KILWIN Built Different, we will arrange an appropriate resolution without additional return-shipping charges to the customer.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
For eligible physical returns, refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
If a refund is approved without requiring a physical return, processing will begin after the refund decision.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
Where applicable law requires a faster refund or a different procedure, those requirements will apply.
Because our products may be made to order, production time may be required before shipment.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
If we cannot ship your order within the applicable promised shipping period, we will provide the notices, delay options, cancellation opportunities, and refunds required by law.
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact:
We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate.
An appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy will be provided when warranted.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
If incorrect customer-provided information causes a delivery failure, additional shipping costs may apply to a requested reshipment.
Each situation will be reviewed individually, including whether an error was caused by the customer, KILWIN Built Different, or a shipping partner.
Unless defective, incorrectly supplied, undelivered, or otherwise protected by applicable law, the following items are generally not eligible for voluntary returns:
Made-to-order or personalized clothing.
Merchandise clearly identified as final sale before purchase.
Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered.
Items damaged through customer misuse.
Merchandise outside the applicable voluntary return period.
A final-sale designation does not eliminate mandatory consumer protection rights.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

KILWIN Built Different reserves the right to update this policy for future purchases. The policy applicable to an order will be the version in effect when the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
